A 3-hour Claude Patrick MMA workshop is planned for Saturday, May 9th from 1:30 - 4:30pm. Event is open to all OJA members, sponsored by San Do Jutsu Karate School.

The seminar will cover standup striking, take downs and take down defense and ground control.  All of these skills are used in Sport Jiu-Jitsu competition - why not get involved and expand your knowledge?

Canadian Championships Tournament - sponsored by Hamilton School of Martial Arts - http://www.hsma1.com  This is an excellent tournament to test your skills in both Sport Jiu-Jitsu and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - plan to attend this event.  All OJA members are encouraged to attend this event.

CPR and Martial Arts Specific First Aid Course - sponsored by San Do Jutsu Karate School (Joe Hamilton Sensei).  All proceeeds of the course are benefitting the Ride to Conquer Cancer in support of the Princess Margaret Hospital.  This is an excellent opportunity to upgrade your first aid/cpr.  This event is open to all OJA members - all those planning on the Fall Black Belt gradings should plan on attending this event - up to date First Aid is a requirement for advancement.
